The Match started on a positive note for Next-Gen F.A as they took the game to their host in the early exchanges of the game and went in front through Golden Eaglets Returnee Benjamin Precious in the 10 minutes to give his side a 1-0 lead.

The Yenagoa base academy continued to push forward in search of the second goal as the first half grew on but FC One Rockets where able to get themselves together as they went out in search of the equaliser.

With few missed chances for both teams, the Akwa-ibom based side got their equaliser in the 38 minutes courtesy of a well taken freekick from striker Ambrose.

With the remaining few minutes of the first half, both side continued to push in search of the go ahead goal but could not find the back of the net as the first half ended in a draw.

The second half continued in the same vain as both teams defended astutely while searching for the winning goal with few and far chances in between.

Just as the game was looking like it was going to end in a score draw, FC One Rockets player, Tunde scored in the 92 minutes of added time to give his side the victory leaving Next-Gen F.A to go empty handed at full-time as the game ended 2-1 in favour of the host.
