All Is Set For The 2023 Super4 Sports Award

All is now set for the 2nd edition of the prestigious Super 4 Sports Awards 2023, billed to hold on Friday, the 1st of December, 2023.  In a statement issued in Yenagoa, the Super 4 Admin. Pastor Kola Akomolafe said, the aim of the award is to appreciate and celebrate deserving sports personalities from the Administrators, to the Athletes and the Media who have shown outstanding qualities worthy of being recognized.   The statement noted that preparations have been concluded for the 2nd Edition of the most prestigious and biggest Sports Awards emanating from the Niger Delta. While the Nigeria Football Federation continues to keep fans in suspense over the contract situation of Randy Waldrum, some members of the Super Falcons have backed the American to remain as the head coach of the team.  Waldrum took over the Falcons job in 2020 after he signed a three-year deal with the federation, which ended October 31. In September, it was reported that the NFF had begun contract renewal talks with Waldrum, who led the former African champions to a round of 16 finish at the 2023 Women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand in August. 2023 NASAJ Games: Bayelsa Judiciary Claim 'Best Behaved Team' Award; Wins 17 Medals.
