FIBA Qualifiers: Mali Fails To Show Up As They forfeit 20 Point To D'Tigers

Mali on Saturday at the ongoing 2023 FIBA World Cup Qualifiers at the Kigali Arena Rwanda failed to show up for the game against Nigeria's D'Tigers.

According report from the teams camp they failed to show up because they were protesting unpaid salaries from the countries ministry of sports.

With the Malian failing to show up at the Mandatory time, the center referee awarded a 20-0 point to Nigeria's D'Tigers. With the 20 Point for feit for Nigeria's D'Tigers, they are now topping the table ahead of Cape Verde who play later today.

Mali also also had a 20-0 point forfeit yesterday against Uganda after failing to show up for the game as they were protesting unpaid salaries from the countries sport ministry.
